Every step forward, seems a step away from you.
How I wish I had you here to see me through.
I don't know why my paws step ahead,
How is it that I can possibly take your stead?
How can I be the one to lead them?

Advancing, I know I must,

I know it all looks so very bleak,

Authors Notes: Inspired by a lot of stuff right now... I can even hear this played to music. I kinda feel bad for poor Simba here, because he suddenly has the weight of a kingdom thrown on him with such little knowledge about how to run things. Bet Sarabi was up answering questions all night.
